How does it work ?
Stage
I:
The water from your kitchen tap flows directly
into a 5-micron sediment filter which removes
suspended particles. (Note : Most other
RO systems install a 10-micron polypropylene
filter.)
Stage
II: The water now flows into a granular
activated carbon filter that removes chlorine,
odour, CFC, pesticides, herbicides and organic
matter.
Stage
III: Next the water passes through a
carbon filter that removes pollutants and
chlorine.
Stage
IV: The water enters the Reverse Osmosis
Membrane with microscopic holes of 0.0001
micron. The process removes 98% of all unwanted
dissolved minerals.
Stage
V: Finally, the water passes through
a silver impregnated carbonblock bacteriostatic
filter which eliminates any remaining bacteria.
The filter also improves the taste of water.
