How
does it work ?
Stage I : The water first passes
through a 5 - micron sediment filter which
removes sand, silt and dirt. (The filter
increases the life of the carbon filter
that plays a critical role in stage II.)
Stage
II : The water now enters a carbon filter.
The carbon filter, only ten inches high,
is a complex network of tunnels measuring
many miles. The tunnels - a fraction of
a micron in width - remove chlorine, odour,
CFC, pesticides, herbicides.
Stage
III : The water now passes through ultra
violet rays that destroy disease causing
bacteria and viruses.
Once
the process is complete, uncontaminated
water - clean, healthy, and - fresh - flows
out of the faucet.
