Details of Construction

(1) 3-Cycle-Valve
SPRING FRESH uses a non corrosive single lever valve that operates in three cycles: filtration, regeneration, and rinse. The water flow rates during these phases are controlled by built in flow restrictors. These valves are non corrosive and are easy to operate.

2) Pressure Vessels
SPRING FRESH Multimedia Filters use non-corrosive composite and Fiber Reinforced Polyester pressure vessels. These multi-wall light weight vessels are capable of withstanding pressures up to 10 Bar (150 psi) and being non-corrosive are guaranteed to give long-lasting performance. SPRING FRESH also offers models in Stainless Steel (SS316) Vessels

(3) Filtering Media
SPRING FRESH Multimedia depth filters are made by using a combination of various filtering media in such that coarser media layers trap the larger particles and smaller particles are trapped by the successively finer media. The result is a highly efficient filtering because removal takes place through the entire media bed depth.

 
  Operation

SPRING FRESH Multimedia Filter efficiently and effectively removes suspended particles upto to 10 microns in size to produce high clarity water. When the filter gets clogged by the trapped sediments, the filter can be easily cleaned by backwashing the multimedia through the single lever three cycle valve .Upon backwashing restratification of the filter media takes place according to particle size and density of the various media.
