SPRING FRESH provides a wide range of services to assist its customers in identifying the water problems, ensuring that the its equipment solves the problem and maintaining the equipment supplied to ensure that it provides complete satisfaction. Apart from this SPRING FRESH also offers equipment on output basis whereby the Customer does not need to own the equipment but can pay for the treatment cost of the water on a guaranteed quality basis.

The details of the services are:

1. FREE WATER ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM

SPRING FRESH has set up a complete laboratory at Delhi to assist its dealers and customers in identifying the contaminants in the water supply. These water analysis reports are proviided free of cost. The Company proposes to set up similar laboratories in each of its Regional offices at Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkota to assist its dealers and customers in the Regions.

2. FREE AFTER SALES SERVICE

SPRING FRESH products are guaranteed not only against manufacturing defects but are also backed by a performance guarantee. To assist the customer in realising its benefits the Company and its dealers provide Free After Sales Service for a period of one year from the date of supply/installation.

3. ANNUAL MAINTENENCE CONTRACTS

On the completion of one year of the Free After Sales Service, SPRING FRESH and its dealers can offer an Annual Maintenance Contract whereby they will continue to maintain the equipment to ensure that the equipment continues to treat the water satisfactorily.

4. PROVIDING TREATED WATER

SPRING FRESH also offers to build-operate-transfer water treatment equipment for communities which find that they do not have the necessary infrastructure to maintain sophisticated plants or for Customers who wish to contract-out the treatment of water. These innovative schemes are getting increasingly popular due to increasing complexity of large water treatment plants.
